IFGlobal is seeking 3 Warehouse Operatives for its Christchurch warehouse in the United Kingdom. You will contribute to efficient operations by stock picking, order processing, dispatch, and maintaining stock accuracy while adhering to health and safety standards.

About the role

Due to growth, we are looking for 3 Warehouse Operatives across our Christchurch Warehouse to contribute to the efficient operation by performing a variety of tasks including stock picking, order processing, dispatch, and maintaining stock accuracy, while adhering to health and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Accurately pick stock using the latest handheld scanning technology
• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all specific requirements are met
• Dispatch orders in line with agreed specifications and delivery standards
• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy through careful handling and recording
• Adhere to all company processes, procedures, and operational standards
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when required
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations, including the correct use of PPE and the safe operation of equipment and machinery
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure operational SLAs are consistently achieved
• Support the team to maintain smooth and efficient warehouse operations
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment
• Carry out any other duties as reasonably assigned

• 8 hour shifts - 5 out of 7 days
