Job summary

Maxpack is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join Morning, Day, and Evening shift teams in Shrewsbury. If you're reliable, motivated and seeking a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.

You will pick, pack and load orders, receive stock, and operate warehouse equipment safely while upholding high safety and efficiency standards.

Requirements include a Counterbalance Forklift Licence, good numeracy, time management and teamwork; Reach Truck/PPT and UK driving licence are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance forklift licence is required.
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Reach Truck, PPT and UK Driving Licence advantageous.

As our business continues to grow, we're investing in our warehouse operation and are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our Morning, Day, and Late Shift teams. If you're reliable, motivated, and looking for a long-term career opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

Morning Shift 06:00 - 15:30

Day Shift 10:30 - 20:00

Evening Shift 13:30 - 22:00

This role is essential to ensuring customer orders are received, picked, packed, and loaded accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
