Job summary

IFGlobal is seeking an Inventory Operative to keep stock accurate and the warehouse running smoothly. You’ll audit stock, manage movements and investigate discrepancies, while driving efficiency across the operation.

Using the BLADE WMS system, you’ll work with goods-in and dispatch teams to locate stock in the best places, resolve bottlenecks and uphold high health and safety standards. On-site parking and other benefits support teams day to day.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high health & safety standards.
• Self-motivation and the ability to think fast on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Audit stock using BLADE WMS system.
• Coordinate with goods-in to locate stock in optimised locations.
• Assist dispatch in removing bottlenecks to meet SLA.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment with PPE compliance.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Job description

As an Inventory Operative, you’ll play a key role in keeping our stock accurate and our warehouse running smoothly. You’ll manage stock movements, investigate discrepancies and carry out regular audits, while looking for ways to improve processes and drive greater efficiency across the operation.

What you'll do

• Auditing stock using our BLADE WMS system


• Working in parallel with the goods in team to ensure stock is located in the mostopportunistic locations to improve efficiencies downstream


• Working with the dispatch team remedying bottlenecks to ensure all orders are shippedwithin SLA


• To ensure clean and tidy working environment and that staff are using all required PPE


• Ensuring work is carried out to a high-quality standard.


• Any other duties as assigned

What we're looking for
