Job summary

ID Logistics in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supervisor to lead a warehouse team at our Sherburn in Elmet site. You will drive engagement, communicate clearly, and deliver high service levels to customers while modelling our values.

You will coach colleagues, conduct regular 1-2-1s and reviews, plan workloads, and ensure safety and process compliance. A leadership background in warehousing is essential, with Level 3 Leadership or willingness to study.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 12 months in a leadership role or completion of ID Logistics Leadership training module.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Willingness to study or hold Level 3 Leadership (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to drive performance and engage teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and drive engagement while modelling ID Logistics values.
• Maintain high standards of communication with your teams.
• Coach colleagues through development, coaching, and formal reviews.
• Hold regular 1-2-1 chats and performance reviews with colleagues.
• Plan workloads and allocate work to meet customer service requirements.
• Ensure health and safety checks and adherence to processes.
• Deliver KPI-focused performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
