Job summary

Epwin Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader in the United Kingdom to drive excellence across picking, packing and loading while ensuring customer service levels meet requirements. You will lead daily operations, promote continuous improvement and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.

You will develop processes aligned with warehouse excellence standards, mentor staff, and ensure right-first-time performance.

Qualifications

Experience leading day-to-day warehouse operations and teams.
Proven track record in improving picking accuracy and service levels.
Knowledge of PDCA and lean manufacturing methods.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day warehouse operation with effective results and priorities.
Drive improvements in warehouse picking accuracy, quality and service levels.
Respond promptly to customer concerns and maintain high customer care standards.
Provide leadership in warehouse excellence standards, behaviours and systems of work.
Maintain a safe working environment with focus on zero harm.
Promote a positive warehouse culture with training and audits.
Lead CI, PDCA problem solving and lean activities to achieve excellence.
Uphold high standards of communication, discipline, time management and engagement.
Monitor Warehouse KPIs and support audits.
