Job summary

Alliance Automotive Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our UK network. You will oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, optimise space, and supervise staff while ensuring health and safety standards and stock accuracy.

Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies to meet targets and budgets. The role requires leadership, planning, and strong IT skills; you're expected to drive efficiency, develop the team, and maintain regulatory compliance across warehousing

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies.
• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods.
• Use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, meeting targets.
• Understand and align with company policies and vision.
• Coordinate the use of systems where necessary.
• Respond to customer communications by email and telephone.
• Keep stock control systems up to date and inventories accurate.
• Plan future capacity requirements.
• Organise recruitment and training of staff, and monitor performance.
• Motivate and lead teamwork to meet productivity targets.
• Produce regular reports and statistics; brief team leaders daily.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards; oversee maintenance.
