Job summary

MSA Safety is recruiting a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day shipping, receiving and storeroom activities across domestic and international shipments, including hazardous materials. The role focuses on staff supervision, KPI reporting, stock control and process improvements.

You will coordinate training, safety programs and equipment maintenance while driving productivity and cross‑department collaboration. ISO standards and SOPs guide daily operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Warehouse or Inventory management plus leadership experience would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP system, WMS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, SAP
• Project Management & Project delivery

Responsibilities

• Direct, schedule, coordinate and supervise day to day operations
• Supports operations and supervises staff responsible for shipping, receiving, and storeroom
• Plans work including assigning, instructing, directing, and assisting associates
• Handles day-to-day personnel issues and disciplinary actions
• Manages receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, and related reporting
• Ensures the maintenance of equipment and work areas
• Maintains a cohesive team environment
• Maintains constant communication with internal and external customers
• Oversees delivery performance and inventory accuracy through cycle count program
• Develop/Documentation of SOP
• Coordinating optimum management of stock and pallets
• Project Management: manage project from conception to delivery and success
• Safety: manages a safe workplace and conducts safety training
• Training: coordinates training and licensing programs
• Information and Data Monitoring: leads KPI meetings
• Troubleshooting: resolves delivery problems and stock adjustments
