Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution activities in a fast-paced logistics setting. You will lead hourly staff, drive productivity, enforce safety and quality standards, and collaborate with leadership to meet critical targets.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and a continuous improvement mindset, with experience managing teams in high-volume distribution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and distribution operations.
• Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly associates to achieve productivity, quality, and safety objectives.
• Monitor workflow and staffing levels to ensure operational efficiency and customer service expectations are met.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate performance expectations, operational updates, and safety initiatives.
• Track and analyze KPIs related to productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and labor utilization.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions to enhance operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Investigate operational issues, resolve employee concerns, and collaborate with leadership to drive positive outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer requirements and operational objectives.
• Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and employee development plans.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to staffing, productivity, safety, and operational metrics.
