Job summary

AAHS3 LTD is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations in the United Kingdom. You will manage staff, oversee inbound/outbound logistics, maintain stock accuracy and ensure compliance with UK health and safety regulations.

This full-time role requires working 40 hours per week, reporting to the Operations Manager/Logistics Director, and adhering to sponsor requirements under Skilled Worker guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Experience supervising warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Good understanding of UK Health & Safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to analyse warehouse performance data.
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all daily warehouse activities.
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Allocate duties and monitor warehouse staff performance.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Operate and improve warehouse management systems.
• Monitor key warehouse performance indicators.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety at Work legislation.
• Conduct warehouse safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and PPE.
• Coordinate vehicle loading schedules with transport operations.
• Monitor warehouse security procedures.
• Produce warehouse performance and inventory reports.
• Train, coach and develop warehouse employees.
• Conduct staff inductions and performance reviews.
• Support recruitment and workforce planning.
• Assist with operational budgeting and cost control.
• Maintain document retention and audit records.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and transport providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
