Job summary

Uniserve is seeking two Warehouse Supervisors to oversee warehouse staff and daily operations, ensuring safe, efficient execution of planned activities and alignment with customer requirements. You will maintain accurate records and provide real-time feedback to the Shift Manager.

The role requires supervisory experience, familiarity with WMS, and knowledge of stock control and MHE. You will communicate clearly, allocate resources, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse staff and operations.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment (MHE) and safe procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and activities.
• Ensure employees understand daily roles and receive clear instructions.
• Coordinate day plan, allocate resources, and meet customer requirements.
• Communicate progress, delays, or problems to the Shift Manager.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Maintain accurate records and provide reports to Shift Managers.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
