Job summary

United Parcel Service of America, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance initiatives in a fast-paced facility. You will train staff, optimize processes, and maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility for up to 5-day shifts, and a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent. U.S. work authorization is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing teams in a warehouse or operations environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training for new and current employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implement personal development plans for department personnel.
• Provide orientation, skills and safety training, and regular evaluations.
• Demonstrate safety policy compliance and safe operating practices.
• Offer flexible shifts up to five days per week.
• Use Microsoft Office and operate in a warehouse setting.
