Halecroft Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join a fast-paced operation in Trafford Park. You will provide essential administrative support to shift leaders and project teams, ensuring accurate records and smooth processes in daily operations.

The role focuses on HR coordination, training administration, payroll assistance, and maintaining time and attendance data, with a view to continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics admin environments.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to shift leaders and project teams.
• Maintain records for staff qualifications, training, and development.
• Support warehouse organisation charts and operational records.
• Coordinate new starter inductions and training documentation.
• Assist HR with absence reporting, holidays, and payroll administration.
• Manage Time & Attendance and maintain accurate records.
• Raise purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Monitor supplies and place orders when required.
• Support claims processes and CCTV information related to missing stock.
• Ensure daily production and operational records are completed.
• Report incidents and near misses with proper documentation.
• Support health and safety processes and safe working practices.
• Assist with process improvements and system enhancements.
• Provide general admin support across the facility.
• Cover for WMS Systems Lead when needed to support projects.
