Pertemps North Midlands is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join their client’s operation based in Derby. This full‑time temporary role offers a salary of £13.66 per hour and involves supporting warehouse operations’ administrative and CRM requirements.

The role includes shift rotating pattern and requires experience in warehousing and proficiency in Excel. You will liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth administrative processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehousing, manufacturing or production operation.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communicator on email, phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Ensure paperwork is completed correctly for stock movements.
• Maintain and update internal CRM systems to ensure compliance.
• Communicate between different internal departments.
• Communicate externally with the company's customers.
• Support the Warehouse Operation’s administration and CRM needs.
