Qualifications

• 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations.
• In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function.
• Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations at London Citi Tower.
• Supervise, plan, and coordinate inbound and outbound delivery and loading bay activities.
• Safeguard loading bay operations and implement safety procedures.
• Audit deliveries, verify items against invoices, and check for contraband.
• Control inventory levels and reconcile with data storage systems.
• Ensure proper storage methods and stock location; maintain warehouse condition.
