Ward Security is seeking a Loading Bay, Logistics & Post Room Supervisor in Canary Wharf, London. You will oversee daily operations, manage deliveries and access control, and lead a team of Loading Bay and Post Room Officers to ensure safe and efficient service.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a keen eye for detail, with a focus on security, health & safety and high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loading Bay, Logistics or Post Room environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of security, health & safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Loading Bay, Logistics & Post Room.
• Manage vehicle access, deliveries and couriers.
• Supervise Loading Bay and Post Room Officers.
• Ensure SOPs and risk assessments are followed.
• Maintain health & safety and incident reporting.
• Provide professional customer service to tenants and contractors.
