Job summary

Iron Mountain in the United Kingdom is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics First Line Manager to lead a team of warehouse professionals, driving productivity, stock accuracy and safe operations. You will ensure seamless inbound and outbound workflows and uphold high standards of workplace safety.

You will oversee shift plans, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to sustain continuous workflows and exceptional service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
• Knowledge of health, safety and compliance regulations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across the organization.
• Proficiency with WMS, planning tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support warehouse operatives, managing shift coverage, performance development, and team morale.
• Prepare shift plans, delegate daily tasks, monitor KPIs, and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Enforce safety regulations, conduct risk walks, lead incident investigations, and oversee safety tests.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport partners, internal departments, and clients to resolve escalations.
• Oversee shift tracking, maintain logs, manage IT ticket escalations, and support payroll input.
