Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate daily operations. You will manage shift plans, coordinate with internal departments and external partners, and maintain inventory accuracy while meeting productivity goals.

The role requires coordinating 6am–10am shifts, with a focus on safety and quality, continuous improvement, and strong team leadership within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Intermediate-level experience supervising warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control processes.
• Proven ability to multitask, solve problems, and exercise good judgement under supervision.
• Competency with WMS, planning tools, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and support warehouse personnel; prepare shift plans and allocate tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and transport providers; manage escalations and handover reports.
• Ensure health and safety compliance; conduct daily checks and test fire alarms; lead investigations.
