Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager in Rugby to lead a night-shift team (6pm–6am), plan tasks, and oversee inbound/outbound activities to meet productivity and accuracy goals. You will supervise staff, coordinate with internal departments and suppliers, and drive improvements while maintaining safety standards.

The role emphasizes KPI tracking, stock control, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and motivating fast-paced warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of KPI, stock control, and health & safety regulations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support warehouse personnel, plan shifts, allocate tasks, and oversee daily operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers and transport providers to manage escalations and reports.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conduct safety checks, and lead investigations.
