Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Warehousing and Logistics team in the UK. You will oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management and P&L tracking while leading a team of warehouse Team Leaders.

You will manage budgets, implement improvements, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across the facility to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in warehouse management, preferably in 3PL, e-commerce or high-volume distribution.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control, safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Proven ability to analyze metrics, identify trends, and lead diverse teams under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic warehouse operations and financial planning, monitor performance, budgets and P&L contracts.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and departments to ensure seamless operations and client relations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations through audits and inspections.
