Job summary

Iron Mountain in the UK is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics First Line Manager to lead a dedicated team, ensure productivity, stock accuracy and workplace safety, and maintain inbound and outbound workflows on a 4-on 4-off shift from 6am to 6pm.

You will collaborate with suppliers and transport partners, drive KPIs, oversee shift plans, incident investigations and payroll support, and foster an inclusive culture focused on operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, stock control processes, and managing dynamic warehouse teams.
  • Sound knowledge of workplace health, safety, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with proven skill in prioritizing tasks within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organisational levels.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven capability to exercise sound judgment, make decisive operational choices, and work effectively with moderate supervision.

As a Warehouse & Logistics First Line Manager, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of our daily operations—guiding a dedicated team of warehouse professionals to achieve excellence in productivity, stock accuracy, and workplace safety.
