Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Line Leader for our Warehouse team in the Northwich area. You will oversee a designated section, coordinating colleagues to ensure goods in/goods out flow smoothly and on time.

We expect you to drive high standards of safety, efficiency, and hygiene, while training staff on site processes and supporting cross-team collaboration to speed up and simplify operations.

Qualifications

• Able to educate colleagues on correct procedures and drive improvements.
• Great communication skills and ability to interpret written and numerical data.
• Proactive in resolving issues and challenges.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a set area of the warehouse and coordinate a team to deliver goods in/out.
• Drive high standards in safety, efficiency and hygiene.
• Provide tools and training to colleagues on site processes.
• Identify and implement improvements to speed up and simplify work.
