Job summary

Morrisons is hiring a Line Leader for our abattoir production team. You will oversee a small group, drive standards, provide tools and training to help colleagues understand key ways of working and site processes.

You'll manage machinery operation and setup, batch control and labelling, perform audits and quality checks, and report on the performance status of the production line. A strong team player with experience in food manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Happy within a fast paced food manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures.
• Able to work in chilled temperatures and in presence of raw meat.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a small group of colleagues in a specified area, driving standards and ensuring consistent delivery.
• Provide tools and training to help colleagues understand key ways of working and site processes.
