Qualifications

- Ability to set targets and review progress, creating performance plans.
Responsibilities
- Engage and communicate with the team to ensure efficient operations across goods in, pick and loading.
- Lead and develop colleagues to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Set targets, review progress and create improvement plans.
- Monitor KPIs and take action to meet or exceed them.
- Resolve operational problems and drive continuous improvement.
