Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Russell Taylor group has a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse/ FLT Operative within the Warehouse & Logistics industry to join our clients well established business. Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working in a warehouse with an in date RTITB accredited Counterbalance FLT license.

The Warehouse/ FLT Operative is responsible for the daily effective and efficient running of the warehouse and all associated stock movements and processes. Possible manual lifting elements.

Responsibilities
• Container loading
• Picking and packing stock with accuracy
• Ensure timely materials management/handling to meet customer and business requirements.
• Perform accurate stock movements and keep in-house systems updated.
• Process all paperwork correctly for material movements in/out.
• Perform all materials movement tasks as needed.
• Help support all warehouse operations.
• Follow Health & Safety requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in all warehouse areas up to standard.

Essential Requirements
• Experience in Warehousing/ FLT.
• Experience with modern warehouse technology.
• Previous experience loading/unloading containers.
• Natural problem solver.
• Flexible in managing work within deadlines.
• Effective time management, prioritising, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In date RTITB accredited Counterbalance FLT license.

Desirable Requirements
• Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise workload.
• Passion for exemplary customer service.
