Qualifikationen

• Experience leading teams in warehouse/logistics
• Experience with automated warehouse operations
• Strong focus on health and safety, standards, and continuous improvement
• Effective communication and cross-team collaboration

• Leading, coaching, and supporting colleagues to achieve productivity, quality, and service targets
• Monitoring operational performance and using data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Conducting team briefings, performance reviews, and one-to-one coaching sessions
• Promoting a strong health and safety culture through observations, audits, and safe ways of working
• Supporting automated warehouse processes and ensuring operational flow across your area

Shift patterns: Monday - Friday Rotating 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00

WHAT YOU'LL DO

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment
• Have experience working within automated warehouse operations
• Are confident managing performance, engagement, and colleague development
• Have a strong focus on health and safety, operational standards, and continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships across teams and departments
