Job summary

Bestway-Group is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to lead a busy store. You will deliver first-class customer service, uphold brand standards, and report issues affecting the customer experience. You will coach colleagues, build community relations and drive promotions across shifts.

The role requires strong communication, decision-making, delegation skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible shifts (6am–10pm) are expected across 7 days a week.
