Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Co-ordinator to support efficient site operations at our Northampton SDC (NN7 2FR). Working 6am-2pm with progression to a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern, you will manage inbound and outbound activities and ensure accurate documentation.

You will build strong customer relationships, prepare reports, and support the shift leadership with everyday administration, stock control and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable general administration experience in a busy environment.
• Experience working in a logistics environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and Excel is advantageous, along with stock control experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer bookings and carry out contract administration tasks accurately and on time.
• Liaise with shift leadership, resolve queries, and support the shift team leaders.
• Assist/inbound and outbound documentation control including load manifests.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports for management and customers.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure queries are handled efficiently.
• Administrate and keep records up to date with workbooks controlling warehouse operation.
• Carry out other duties to meet business needs.
• Manage spreadsheets to facilitate outbound operations and data flow upstream.
• Control documentation for ops team and transport including manifests, labels and invoices.
• Process waving of orders per Ops/Shift Management instructions.
• Support processing customer returns with accurate stock records.
