Job summary

Yusen Logistics is recruiting a Transport Clerk for our Northampton site, working a 09:00-17:30 shift. The role involves scanning and archiving operational paperwork, ensuring correct processing of delivery documents, and coordinating with third-party contractors to meet timelines.

You will contribute to KPI reporting and maintain strong customer service and organisational standards, with opportunities to grow within a forward-thinking logistics provider.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational skills and ability to remain focused.
• Experience of data entry and scanning documents.
• Enthusiastic attitude with real desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Scanning and archiving of operational paperwork received upon debrief in accordance with procedure.
• Responsible for ensuring all delivery paperwork is processed and managed in line with company procedures.
• Liaising with relevant third-party contractors to ensure all documentation is received in line with operational timelines.
• Communication of any non-conformance issues to the relevant parties.
• Assisting with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
