Yusen Logistics (UK) Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Co-ordinator for our Northampton site. The role supports efficient warehouse operations, handling inbound and outbound processes, and ensuring documentation accuracy. The position runs 2pm-10pm with progression to a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern.

The successful candidate will manage bookings, assist shift leadership, and maintain clear records, contributing to effective customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• General administration experience in a busy environment.
• Desirable logistics experience for warehouse roles.
• Proficient in Excel and inventory management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound documentation and load manifests.
• Complete customer bookings and contract administration tasks on time.
• Support shift leadership and resolve queries from the team.
• Prepare timely, accurate reports for management and customers.
