Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking a Warehouse Controller to lead a team and ensure efficient stock flow to meet sales budgets. You will manage Goods In/Out, Returns and Stock Control, and coordinate with drivers to deliver excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, planning, and a calm, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. 41 hours/week, Mon-Fri with alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Motivate and lead a warehouse team in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Customer and sales focused with a service orientation.
• Experience with FMCG warehouse operations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Goods In, Goods Out, Returns and Stock Control to ensure smooth operation.
• Lead and develop Warehouse Operatives; drive performance.
• Accurate picking and loading for timely deliveries.
• Check stock quantities against systems and rectify discrepancies.
• Support branch manager with planning, holidays, and driver coordination.
