• Prepare & replenish dry ice consignments per client requirements.
• Ensure warehouse activities align with documented procedures.
• Complete daily facility checks to ensure correct storage.
• Operate material handling equipment for vehicle loading/unloading.
• Collaborate with inventory groups on stock transfers.
• Manage departmental mailbox and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain hygiene standards in the facility.

? Join our QuickStatteam as a Warehouse Cold Chain Team Lead, responsible for leading safe, efficient, and compliant cold storage operations.

How you create impact

• Preparation & replenishment of QuickSTATs dry ice consignments in conjunction with client requirements.
• Responsibility for ensuring all Warehouse activities is completed in conjunction with QuickSTATs documented procedures.
• Completion of daily facility sweep of Quick LHR facility to ensure all consignments are stored correctly & dispatch scheduled accordingly.
• Operation of material handling equipment (MHE) for the purpose of loading & unloading both inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Work in collaboration with Global Inventory Group to determine available stock for transfer to Quick & Logistics Service Partner facilities.
• Arrangement of stock transfers via 3rd party linehaul solution.
• Shared ownership for the management of departmental mailbox.
• Work in conjunction with related departments and line manager to resolve identified discrepancies / queries.
• Undertaking of cleaning duties to ensure highest level of facility hygiene standards maintained.
