Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Admin individual to be the first point of contact for collecting/delivering HGV drivers and to provide administrative support to the warehouse operation in the UK.

You will process paperwork, create delivery notes in SAP/EWN, maintain records, and support the shift management team while ensuring compliant, audit-ready operations on a 4 on, 4 off schedule (06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00).

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse administration or working with a Warehouse Management System
• Proficient with IT systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SAP and EWN would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Process warehouse and transport paperwork
• Create delivery notes and customer orders using SAP & EWN
• Maintain reel loading and movement records
• Complete goods in/out and outbound documentation
• Support shift managers with day-to-day admin duties
• Update SmartWays and other operational systems
• Maintain audit-ready records and support audits
• Support adherence to Health & Safety, GDPR and quality management procedures
• Identify process improvements to reduce errors and improve efficiency
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support operation
