Job summary

GXO Logistics, a leading name in supply chain solutions, is looking for a Transport Administrator in Andover on a full-time permanent basis. You'll work 4 on 4 off, 06:00–18:00, supporting drivers, customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong IT skills, especially in Excel and transport management systems.
• Confident communicator who can work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure drivers are debriefed and paperwork is accurate and compliant.
• Monitor tachographs to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage daily queries from drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Keep the stores team updated on any delivery issues or delays.
