GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Operative at our Newark site in the United Kingdom. The role covers goods-in, putaway, picking and despatch using WMS and RF scanners, with MHE operation as trained. We value teamwork, safety and efficient service for our customer.

Shifts available include 4 on/4 off, day and night patterns starting early mornings or evenings. Training is provided, and you can progress through GXO University and related benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse roles or with MHE equipment is desirable, with full training provided.
• Able to operate RF scanners and follow warehouse processes.
• Good numeracy and literacy, able to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out goods-in, putaway, picking, packing, loading and despatch activities using WMS and RF scanners.
• Safely operate MHE equipment as trained, following site safety and processes.
• Support inventory accuracy, conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity and housekeeping to meet targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operation and customer service.
• Night and day shifts available; Newark site emphasizes teamwork and a positive working environment.
