Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Rotational Ward Clerk (Band 2) to support inpatient services across multiple wards. You will provide ward reception, admin duties and ensure accurate real-time updates to Lorenzo EPR, acting as a reliable point of contact for patients, relatives and staff.

The role offers flexible shifts between 7:00am and 8:30pm across a 7-day rota, with enhancements for unsocial hours, and a supportive NHS pension scheme.

Qualificações

• Excellent engagement, customer care and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive ward reception and administration support.
• Update patient records in Lorenzo EPR accurately and in real time.
• Assist with in-patient wards, Same Day Emergency Care and Early Pregnancy receptions.
• Support staff and patients as a first point of contact across a 7 day footprint.
