Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade A-C) or equivalent.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• NVQ 2 or 3 in Business & Admin/Customer Care or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Ward Clerks and manage rota scheduling.
• Provide supervision, appraisals, and recruitment support for the team.
• Support HR processes including return-to-work meetings and documentation.
