Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Rotational Ward Clerk to join our team in Ashton-under-Lyne. This Band 2, 30-hour permanent role covers a variety of wards with flexible shifts between 7:00am and 8:30pm.

You will provide reception and admin support, acting as a first point of contact for patients and staff. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering reception duties and handling public interactions.
• Proficiency with word processing and databases.
• Experience in a hospital setting and confidentiality awareness.

Aufgaben

• Provide a comprehensive ward reception and administration service as a first point of contact.
• Update the Lorenzo EPR in real time and maintain patient case notes across admissions.
