Responsibilities

• Answer general enquiries in a helpful and sympathetic manner.
• Ensure correct data entered onto hospital appointment system.
• Keep ward areas stocked with stationery and photocopying as required.
• Data entry and reports.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional approach in clinical areas.
• Liaise with nurse in charge on a daily basis.
• Book transport as requested and ensure EDLs are completed in a timely manner.
• Use the EPR system.
• Liaise with facilities department and log maintenance requests.
