Job summary

Acuity Care Group is hiring a compassionate Support Worker to provide 2:1 care to a lady with learning disabilities and autism in Norwich. You will be part of a dedicated team offering round-the-clock support and engaging in activities tailored to her communication cues.

The role includes training, DBS funding, and ongoing professional development within a supportive work environment. Weekly or monthly pay options are available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable and patient with a caring approach.
• Willingness to learn her communication cues and adapt to needs.
• Enjoy engaging in sensory, creative and play-based activities.
• Able to work within a small, stable team and in the client's home.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2:1 support to a bright lady with learning disabilities and autism in her own home.
• Assist with daily living tasks and round-the-clock care as required.
• Engage in sensory, creative and play-based activities to support development.
• Follow care plans, training and DBS requirements; maintain a safe home environment.
