Job summary

Acuity Care Group in Frimley is looking for a compassionate Support Worker to provide 2:1 care to a bright young woman living in her own home. The role involves delivering warm, reliable support tailored to complex mental health needs and autism, with opportunities to engage in sensory and creative activities.

You will join a small, supportive team and benefit from fully funded training, DBS clearance, and weekly or monthly pay options.

Qualifications

• Experience with Autism or complex Mental Health needs is helpful but not essential.
• You should be kind, patient, caring, reliable, consistent and confident in your role.
• Happy to engage in sensory, creative, and play‑based activities.
• Able to work as part of a small, stable team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2:1 support to a young woman in her own home in Frimley.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure round‑the‑clock coverage when needed.
