Liaise is seeking a Support Worker to help four people with learning disabilities and autism in a brand-new four-bungalow service. You will support daily routines, promote independence, and contribute to a warm, person-centred environment from the ground up.

The role is open to male applicants only due to assessed needs and is a permanent waking nights position. Liaise offers enhanced salaries, comprehensive induction, extensive training, and opportunities for progression.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a care or support setting is preferred.
• Ability to work with people with learning disabilities and autism.
• Commitment to safeguarding and protecting vulnerable adults.
