Acuity Care Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide 3:1 support for a gentleman living in his own home in Taverham, near Norwich. You will assist with daily living, meals, communication and community access, including administering medication and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learning disabilities and autism.
• Ability to support with challenging behaviours (physical and verbal).
• Clear career progression and ongoing training offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3:1 support to a gentleman living in his own home in Taverham, Norwich.
• Support with daily living, meal preparation, communication, behavioural support, and accessing the community.
• Administer medication and promote independence and quality of life.
