DIMENSIONS CYMRU LIMITED is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker for our Acle home in Norfolk. The role is part-time, 22 hours weekly, covering overnight shifts to support a gentleman in his 60s with a learning disability and cerebral palsy.

You'll provide person-centred care, assist with personal care, medication and PEG feeding, while ensuring safety and wellbeing throughout the night. Training is provided as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support during the night to ensure safety, comfort and wellbeing.
• Assist with personal care, medication, and PEG feeding as required.
• Support with moving and assisting and overnight monitoring.
• Collaborate with the care team to respond to any needs during the shift.
