Bowden Derra Park Ltd in Cornwall is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to join our residential team. You will work night shifts to support service users to live as independently as possible while ensuring safety and wellbeing through the night.

The role offers a 2‑week rolling rota with up to four night shifts per week, full training provided, and on‑site management support with 24/7 on‑call. A friendly, caring nature and good communication are essential, with pensions and additional staff

Qualifications

• Friendly, calm, and caring by nature.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous care experience is helpful but training is provided.

Responsabilités

• Administer medication in line with care plans and policies.
• Support service users to maintain independence and wellbeing during the night.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well‑organised environment.
• Provide a calm, reassuring presence throughout night shifts.

Salary: £13.50 per hour (weekdays) / £14.75 per hour (weekends)
Hours: 19:15–07:15
Shift Pattern: 2-week rolling rota (up to 4 shifts per week)
