Bowden Derra Park Ltd is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker (Residential) near Launceston, Cornwall. The role involves night-time care to empower service users while ensuring safety and wellbeing.

Shift pattern is a 2-week rolling rota with up to 4 night shifts per week. Full training is provided, with on-site management support and opportunities for progression.

Job Title: Waking Night Support Worker (Residential)

Location: Near Launceston, Cornwall

Salary: £13.50 per hour (weekdays) / £14.75 per hour (weekends)

Hours: 19:15–07:15

Shift Pattern: 2-week rolling rota (up to 4 shifts per week)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting others and making a positive difference in people’s lives.

Working night shifts in a residential setting, you will support and empower service users to live as independently as possible while ensuring their safety and wellbeing throughout the night.

Shift Pattern
