Priory Group's Woodthorpe Lodge in Derbyshire seeks a Waking Night Support Worker to provide person-centred care to residents with a range of needs. You will deliver personal care and support for daily living, enabling individuals to live with dignity and independence.
You will maintain records, build strong relationships with service users and families, uphold safety and confidentiality, and work as a key worker to help users achieve their personal goals.

Woodthorpe Lodge is located in the village of Woodthorpe, near Chesterfield, Derbyshire. It offers residential support for eight males and females with a range of needs. This includes individuals with a learning disability. We are located off a main road, in a semi-rural location.

Support workers are key workers, and provide direct support to our service users in support them to live there best lives. Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.
You will play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their personal goals, supporting them in daily living, and empowering them to realise their potential.
