Priory Group is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker at Oak House in Diss. The role offers 42 hours per week on a three-week rolling shift pattern, 8pm–8am. You will provide person-centred support to adults with autism and complex needs, helping them live with dignity and independence.

Oak House is a residential service set back off the main road into Diss, Norfolk. We support up to six adults who are on the autism spectrum, and may have complex needs.

Waking Night Support workers are key workers, and provide direct support to our service users in support them to live there best lives. Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.
You will play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their personal goals, supporting them in daily living, and empowering them to realise their potential.
Shift Hours are: 8pm to 8am.
