Job summary

Priory is seeking a Support Worker at Fitzwilliam Lodge in Rawmarsh, near Rotherham, to join a compassionate team delivering personalised care for residents with mental health needs. The role involves assisting with daily living tasks, supporting activities, and contributing to individual care plans in a residential setting.

You’ll work as part of a dedicated team, providing confidential record-keeping and maintaining dignity and wellbeing for residents while adhering to policies.

Full Time – 36 hours a week split by 3 x 12 hour shifts working days/nights over 7 days

Fitzwilliam Lodge has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team.

Fitzwilliam Lodge is located in Rawmarsh, in Rotherham, and provides residential support for 16 males and females with mental health needs. Many of our residents come to us from hospital settings. Our team provide the people we care for with the skills needed for them to live a healthier and happier life back in the community.

We can also support those who have:

• A mild learning disability
• Mild to moderate behaviour that may challenge
• A forensic background
• Epilepsy
• Low level mobility needs

What you’ll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
