Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker for our Dorset service. You will provide person-centred support and personal care to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them stay independent and active in the community.

The role involves night shifts, building trust, and supporting daily routines with patience and empathy. You will work as part of a small, supportive team, follow care plans, maintain accurate records, and participate in fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach
• Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK
• Fully funded training up to QCF Level 5

We’re Looking For

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust
• Experience required
• A team player who values consistency
• A Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Dorset service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,
