Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Support Worker in Trowbridge to provide person-centered care and daily living support. You will help individuals with learning disabilities engage in activities, outings, and holidays, ensuring dignity and privacy.

The role requires a calm, patient approach, a valid UK driving licence, and a commitment to ongoing training up to QCF Level 5. Applicants should have at least 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK.

We're Looking For

You'll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Trowbridge service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You'll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, you'll ensure their care is truly person-centered, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
